Ian has been involved in the real estate sector since the 1970’s and has considerable experience in the development and management of residential land subdivisions, commercial office buildings, residential aged care facilities, hotel refurbishments and retirement villages.

As a co-founder of Regis Healthcare Limited, Ian continues his involvement with the company in his capacity as a Non-Executive Director.

Mark commenced his career in the chartered accounting profession and provided a range of corporate advisory services for privately owned and operated businesses. Mark moved to private enterprise in 2010 managing a portfolio of diversified investments and was appointed CEO at Galabay in 2017.

Bruce is a chartered accountant with over 40 years’ experience providing assurance, taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of enterprises in a variety of industries and High-Net-Worth family offices.

Catherine is a chartered accountant with experience in professional practice and family office environment. Catherine has extensive expertise in accounting and tax compliance for family groups and is responsible for managing Galabay’s investment portfolio.

Maria has over 25 years’ experience in bookkeeping and compliance. She began her career in the professional services industry, where she developed a strong foundation before gaining extensive experience in family office management.
