IAN ROBERTS

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ian has been involved in the real estate sector for over 35 years and has considerable experience in the development and management of residential land subdivisions, commercial office buildings, residential aged care facilities, hotel refurbishments and retirement villages.
As a founder of Regis Healthcare Limited, Ian continues his involvement with the company in his capacity as a Non-Executive Director.

MARK ALLAN

CEO

Mark commenced his career in the chartered accounting profession and provided a range of corporate advisory services for privately owned and operated businesses. Mark moved to private enterprise in 2010 managing a portfolio of diversified investments and was appointed CEO at Galabay in 2017.

CHAIRMAN

Bruce is a chartered accountant with over 40 years’ experience providing assurance, taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of enterprises in a variety of industries and High-Net-Worth family offices.

CATHERINE TEH

INVESTMENT MANAGER

Catherine is a chartered accountant with over 7 years’ experience in professional practice and 9 years’ experience in a family office environment. Catherine is experienced in accounting and tax compliance for family groups and now manages Galabay’s investment portfolio.

MARIA STOCCO

BOOKKEEPER

Maria has over 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping and compliance. Starting her career in the professional services industry for over 7 years, she has had significant family office experience and currently runs her own bookkeeping practice.

PAUL BOWMAN

FINANCE

Paul is a qualified accountant who gained extensive experience in the banking industry prior to working for the Roberts family for the past 15 years in various finance and project roles.

GALABAY

Galabay has significant experience in growing small and medium sized enterprises operating in a diverse range of industries. Galabay is keen to continue to invest in this sector and its involvement could entail direct and indirect participation and can include co-investment arrangements.
